Problem
Platinum Homes desired to build a multi-family complex that was much-needed in Waterloo, Iowa.
Solution
Brain Engineering was retained to provide design for the seven 12-plexes. Design included sanitary sewer and water main extension, associated driveways and parking lot, and stormwater detention. Brain also provided construction staking.

While the project is currently being built, the client is pleased with the ongoing results.
