Problem
Swisher Development has one area left to build on for its next addition. They’re looking to construct multi-family buildings and create a condominium regime.
Solution
Brain Engineering was retained to provide the surveying and engineering for the 10 lot – 44 units subdivision. We provided all necessary services from A to Z, including securing the necissary permits from the IDNR. Design included street, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, storm water detention, water main and a public well. Since part of the project was in a 100-year flood plain, a Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA) was obtained from the Federal Emergency Mapping Agency (FEMA).
Finished Project
The project has been design and constructed to near-completion.
