Problem
In 2008, Diamond V sustained heavy damage as a result of the massive flood through Cedar Rapids, Iowa. As a result of their damage, Diamond V decided to move their base of operations and plant to southern Cedar Rapids.
Solution
Brain Engineering was retained to provide the surveying and engineering for their six-acre site. Design included private drives, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, storm water detention, water main and parking lots.

Site is constructed and in use.
