| Wood Construction has been
working with Brain Engineering since 1993. I
work directly with Dan Schmidt, Project Manager.
He and the others at Brain are familiar with
the City's standards, which speeds up the process
and helps in the preliminary platting of the
lots. Our residential subdivisions are done
in stages, and Brain is very sensitive to scheduling
their work to help keep our costs down and to
time their survey staking with the machine operations.
We greatly appreciate this level of service
from Brain.
